We offer a full range of training services covering all types of users - including finance staff, non-finance staff and super users. We can supply a suggested agenda by module or create an agenda / training material based on your specific requirements.
We provide all our training on our client’s premises and on a 1 to 1 basis or to a small group of users. For pre-purchase training, we provide examples of real transaction processing and reporting so you can see how Nav could work for your business.
We like to keep your training groups small, so that all your staff get the most out of the training sessions. For non-super user training, the maximum number of users in groups will be 6. Super user training is also provided but up to a maximum of 3 trainees. See Developments menu option for more details on super user training.
We offer training on all versions of Nav from Navision Financials 2.0 upwards to Dynamics Nav 2018 (Classic, development environment and RTC). GB and other versions covered. We also provide support for Dynamics 365 Business Central On Premise.

We offer 3 basic styles of
training:
1. Interactive.
2. Guided - not interactive but a run through Nav processes and menus by the trainer via a projector etc.
3. Actioned - where as well as training a user some work is also completed at the same time. This does require access to a live database.
Interactive training sessions – where we get users to roll their sleeves up and get involved using the Nav database throughout. Users are taken
through the Nav learning curve very quickly. To help users to retain the knowledge, we give supporting training material at no additional cost for the core Nav modules (General ledger, Sales
& Receivables, Purchase & Payables, Fixed Assets). This training material includes step by step instructions with supporting screen dumps. It is provided in pdf or Ms Word file
format.
Guided training - where we take users through all the main processes via a projector. Like with interactive training sessions the training material is
provided free of charge. This type of training is fast and intense and usually followed up with interactive training. Remember we can also offer our instant helpdesk, so your users can always get help after the training has been completed.
Actioned training - where, for example, we train a user and complete some work at the same time. Examples would be base configuration work, data
migration or transaction processing.
