Remote training

This is an alternative to on site (at your site) training.

Typically this kind of training will be for up to 2 hours, requires no software installation (just run the recommended software) and a single desktop with access to your Dynamics Nav application.

We agree your requirements for the training session and will send on a suggested agenda.

Once the recommended software is run, you confirm the id and password (see details below) and this will allow us to share your desktop.

Then we run through your agenda as agreed.

Simple really!

We remote in via the internet to your desktop via products such as TeamViewer, Teams or Chrome Remote Desktop. The choice of remoting in software will be down to what your company has installed. If none are currently installed, most of these applications are useable as a single use run.

Again very simple. We just need to agree dates, times, number of end users on the remote desktop session, version of Dynamics Nav, whether we are remoting onto your desktop or you are remoting into our desktop and agree training areas to be covered. We will confirm the telephone number to call us on for the training session.

Then on the agreed date and time, training will be provided via the agreed remote desktop application and, if necessary a phone.

1. What version of Dynamics Nav are you using?
2. What is your preference
3. Confirm what training is required:
   1. If modular, confirm the module.
   2. If question and answer, confirm this and likely areas to be covered.
4. Confirm whether a single training slot of 2 hours is required or more.
5. Confirm how many end users will be part of the each session.
6. Confirm when (date(s) and time(s)) training required.

So simple really.
