Remote training

This is an alternative to on site (at your site) training.

Typically this kind of training will be for up to 2 hours, requires no software installation (just run the recommended software) and a single desktop with access to your Dynamics Nav application.

We agree your requirements for the training session and will send on a suggested agenda.

Once the recommended software is run, you confirm the id and password (see details below) and this will allow us to share your desktop.

Then we run through your agenda as agreed.

Simple really!

We remote in via the internet to your desktop via a product called TeamViewer.

This is a free download from Teamviewer.com. Just download and run. Then select personal use and confirm your TeamViewer id and password to us and we will remote in.

Or run the software and we will send you our TeamViewer id and passcode so you can remote into our desktop.

Again very simple. We just need to agree dates, times, number of end users on the Teamviewer session, version of Dynamics Nav, whether we are TeamViewering onto your desktop or you are remoting into our desktop and agree training areas to be covered. We will confirm the telephone number to call us on for the training session.

Then on the agreed date and time, training will be provided via Teamviewer and phone.

Most of our clients prefer on site training on a 1 to 1 or 1 to many basis. Unfortunately we cannot provide on site training at the moment due to commitments. So this service is provided as an alternative and has the advantage of being scaleable to your requirements, as flexible as required, covers 1 or many trainees (maximum probably 3), is quick and maximises time / effort and provides training at an affordable cost.

The usual options apply re the format / agenda for the training. We can either provide 2 hour slots for training on specific modules or take a question and answer session.

We can provide supporting documentation to any modular based training.

1. What version of Dynamics Nav are you using?
2. What is your preference
3. Confirm what training is required:
   1. If modular, confirm the module.
   2. If question and answer, confirm this and likely areas to be covered.
4. Confirm whether a single training slot of 2 hours is required or more.
5. Confirm how many end users will be part of the TeamViewer session.
6. Confirm when (date(s) and time(s)) training required.

So simple really.
