On site training and COVID
On site training is not possible at the moment. But we do provide remote training via a desktop application called TeamViewer but we also offer remote training via Microsoft Teams.
Remote training impacts the service we provide as follows:
Less interactive unless it is 1 to 1 training.
We can provide non interactive remote training to up to 6 people (non super users) but would recommend the number is reduced to between 2 and 3.
Q&A sessions are best suited to remote training.
You choose the method for charging - by the hour or day (or part thereof).

Provided by someone who has had over 20 years experience using, supporting and developing Dynamics Nav / Navision from version 2 to the latest version 2018.
Covers all versions of Dynamics Nav from version 5 to the latest version 2018. So includes versions 5,2009, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. We also provide support for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Covers all versions of Navision from version 2 to 4.
