From 8.30am to 4.45pm on each working day
UK and outside UK (remote access required)
Out of hours support (by arrangement) also available from 7am and to 10pm and for public / bank holidays
Covering versions Navision Financials 2.01 to Dynamics Nav 2018. We also provide support for Dynamics 365 Business Central On Premise.
Full change process included to manage all application requests and changes before costs incurred!
On site support services include all tasks as required by the client including super user training, end user training, investigate and fix etc.
