On 25 May 2018 the new requirements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are coming into force. This new regulation gives individuals more control over how their personal information is used and makes it easier for them to check and update the information held by any organisation including ours.
As a result of this new regulation we have updated our privacy policy for each of our Accounts (payroll, accounts and tax) and Dynamics Nav services. These privacy notices confirm:
1. The personal information we typically collect.
2. Whether we share this personal information and if so who with.
3. How any personal information may be accessed.
4. How long any personal information is held for.
5. How this data is protected.
Please note the level of personal information held by Fraser Price Consulting Limited is limited as follows:
1. Accounts –
a. We only hold data to process payrolls and therefore submit data to HMRC.
b. We only hold the data required to submit tax (corporation, income, VAT) to HMRC.
c. Other data – we hold your name, email address and telephone number.
2. Dynamics Nav -
a. Database data – if there is personal data on the backups provided
by you we will hold this data. This is historical data and never shared with any other business. Most Dynamics Nav services are supported with a fully signed NDA with each customer.
b. Other data – we hold your name, email address and contact telephone number.
