This is remote support for any queries on the above application. We can provide this via email but our preferred method is to provide support using your application on your desktop.

There may be a range of reasons within the application that mean you need immediate help.
These can range from specific errors (what does it mean and how is it fixed) to specific issues within the application. You could be having issues with the MS Dynamics Solution Centre as
appointed to you from Microsoft or facing a decision on the best approach to changing from your legacy system to application.
Most queries raised are around what does this error mean and how do I complete a process or find some functionality in the application.

There is nothing quite so frustrating for a user that facing an application error message that makes no sense. This affects their productivity and the winning of 'hearts and minds' post go live.
Pre requisites for this service includes access to your application via your desktop and sharing your desktop with us via an application like TeamViewer.
Then book a slot in our diary (we can usually do same or next day) and then call us / send the Teamviewer id and password) and we will then answer all your queries by showing you on your desktop.
But please bear in mind this is a 1 to 1 service so we can only provide support to 1 end user at a time.
We charge by the hour for this service - see prices grid for details. No advanced payment required but payment of our invoice raised needs to be as per credit terms which will be within 7 days.
We also offer fixed price application support for this product from £100 per month under a rolling contract (no fixed term, just cancel before the next billing). Please email us for more details.
